With the signing of the agreement in October 2018, the medium-sized paint manufacturer J.W. Ostendorf sold 65% of its shares to the Hempel Group A/S, a Danish, globally leading manufacturer of coating solutions. With this investment, the Danish company is strengthening its Decorative Paints division and can also achieve important synergies, including in purchasing.
