The family-run company Dehner acquired 100% of the company shares in Gartencenter Münsterland GmbH & Co. KG with the signing of the contract in July 2017. With this acquisition, Dehner acquires the locations in Münster, Osnabrück, and Rheine, strengthening its presence in the regions.

Gartencenter Münsterland GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run company with locations in Münster, Osnabrück, and Rheine. The sale was made as part of the succession process. A buyer, Dehner, was found to continue operating the locations and invest in their modernization.
Dehner Gartencenter GmbH & Co. KG
The family-run Dehner Gartencenter company is a Europe-wide group of companies headquartered in Rain am Lech, Bavaria. Founded in 1947 as a two-person business, Dehner is today the leading cross-channel retailer in the garden industry with over 5,000 employees. A key division under the Dehner Holding umbrella is Dehner Garden Centers – Europe’s largest garden center group with 122 garden centers and online shops in Germany and Austria. Other companies include degro (wholesale for garden and pet products), Dehner AGRAR (agriculture), and Dehner Logistics. The group remains family-run.
