Every member of the project team is 100% involved in our projects. In communication with our clients and investors, in strategy development, and, of course, in implementation. This makes working in a team exciting from day one.
The questions we ask ourselves and discuss every day include:
- Have we researched and approached exactly the right investors for the company we’re selling?
- Is the presentation of the business model and the explanation of the financial metrics optimal?
- Are strategists or financial investors the better buyers?
- How will the investors present themselves to our client? Enthusiastic, competent, and personable, or arrogant and superficial?
- And will these selected investors really offer the best price?
- How do we convince the executives that the potential new owner offers good prospects for the company and for them, and that it’s worth investing in?
- Have we perfectly prepared the due diligence? Have we correctly anticipated all critical issues and have convincing answers ready?
- Can we meet the demanding schedule?
