The financing structure of the Ortmeier Media Group was comprehensively restructured to provide the company with sufficient financing flexibility for its further growth. As part of the restructuring, a commercial property was sold to the Markus Gerold Group.

The offset and digital printing product range has been significantly expanded with high-performance finishing for the assembly of advertising materials and the distribution of mailings. The intelligent use of customized software solutions enables the company to sustainably accelerate the time-to-market of customer projects.
Markus Gerold Group
The Markus Gerold Group has been leasing commercial and residential space from its own portfolio throughout Germany for more than 35 years, with a focus on the eastern Ruhr region and the Münsterland region. Renting and leasing real estate includes not only the professional marketing of rental space but also expert consulting.
