Loy & Co advised the Löwenstark Digital Group, a portfolio company of HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the influencer marketing agency Lucky Shareman GmbH.

The Transaction
Löwenstark will acquire the influencer marketing agency Lucky Shareman GmbH effective August 31, 2022. In addition to Löwenstark’s further development and growth goals, the acquisition will set the course for succession planning at Lucky Shareman.
With this transaction, the full-service online marketing agency Löwenstark is expanding its range of services to include an additional professional influencer marketing offering. Lucky Shareman will remain an independent brand and will continue to be operated under the current management.
With the acquisition, Löwenstark is opening a new location in Hamburg.
