Loy & Co advised the Löwenstark Digital Group, a portfolio company of HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the media agency KDM Kontor Digital Media GmbH & Co. KG.

The Transaction:
Löwenstark will acquire the media agency KDM Kontor Digital Media GmbH & Co. KG effective August 31, 2022. In addition to Löwenstark’s further development and growth goals, the acquisition will set the course for succession planning at KDM.
With this transaction, the full-service online marketing agency Löwenstark is expanding its range of services to include an additional professional media planning offering. KDM will remain an independent brand and will continue to be operated under the current management. With the acquisition, Löwenstark will open a new location in Hamburg.
