The Companies
Völkel Mikroelektronik

With its products and applications, the company serves both medium-sized customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Switzerland) and internationally active OEMs and construction companies.
Dacke Industri
Dacke Industri AB, based in Helsingborg, is a Swedish industrial holding company that invests in innovative and niche-leading technology companies, particularly in Northern Europe and the DACH region. As an industrial holding company owned by the charitable foundation of the Swedish Ax:son Johnson family, Dacke Industri combines the long-term investment horizon and industry expertise of a strategic investor with the speed and agility of a financial investor.
Due to Dacke Industri’s decentralized organization, the portfolio companies enjoy a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that further development always takes place on an equal footing and in close collaboration with the existing management team and the employees of the acquired companies.
The portfolio currently includes 18 companies that serve customers worldwide with their products and applications and generate annual sales of more than EUR 350 million (SEK 4 billion) with a total of approximately 1,800 employees.
