Groz-Beckert and TKM signed an agreement on October 11, 2022, for the acquisition of TKM GmbH by Groz-Beckert.
TKM is a manufacturer of industrial knives for various industries.
The company employs around 750 people worldwide. TKM generated sales of €125 million in 2021 and expects sales of around €140 million in 2022.
