- Is the presentation of the business model and the explanation of the financial metrics optimal?

- How will the investors present themselves to our client? Enthusiastic, competent, and personable, or arrogant and superficial?
- And will these selected investors really offer the best price?
- How do we convince the executives that the potential new owner offers good prospects for the company and for them, and that it’s worth investing in?
- Have we perfectly prepared the due diligence? Have we correctly anticipated all critical issues and have convincing answers ready?
- Can we meet the demanding schedule?
