Your Responsibilities
- Analysis of annual financial statements and independent conduct of company, market, and competitor research
- Largely independent preparation of teasers/short profiles, information memoranda, and financial analyses, including cash flow modeling
- Assumption of project organization tasks such as the accompanying organization of due diligence reviews and the preparation of client presentations
- Support of senior consultants in marketing activities and operational tasks
Your Profile
- Advanced business studies with a focus on finance, accounting, and/or banking
- Initial relevant professional experience in corporate finance/M&A (e.g., internship at an M&A boutique, investment bank, corporate finance consultancy, or auditing firm)
- Advanced knowledge in financial analysis and accounting
- Resilient and strong communicator with entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as a confident and courteous demeanor
- High level of commitment, outstanding analytical skills, a high degree of initiative, and enjoyment of challenging teamwork
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills and proficiency in all MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
