Your Tasks
- Independent management and leadership of M&A projects
- Internal/external process management and communication with clients, potential investors, and advisors
- Responsibility for the preparation of transaction documents, such as long/short lists, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, etc.
- Review of business plans and cash flow-based financial models
- Management of project organizational tasks (due diligence, data room management, workshops, etc.) and support of project-related contract negotiations
- Preparation of pitches, sector presentations, and support with other marketing activities
- Leadership and development of the team
Your Profile
- 5-7 years of professional or practical experience in M&A, corporate finance, or strategy, e.g., at investment banks, auditing firms, financial investors, or management consultancies
- Multiple successfully completed M&A transactions
- Initiative, leadership qualities, assertiveness, a strong work ethic, and a strong team orientation and communication skills
- Conscientious, committed, independent, and results-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills (hands-on attitude) and creativity in approach
- Affinity for digital topics and proficiency with IT (MS Office, etc.)
- Fluent German and English skills
