Your Tasks
- Holistic support for M&A transactions throughout the entire transaction process
- Analysis of annual financial statements and independent conduct of company, market, and competitor research
- Largely independent preparation of teasers/short profiles, information memoranda, and presentations for clients
- Preparation of financial models, financial analyses, and company valuations
- Detailed research to create long lists and evaluate strategic rationale, financial strength, and decision-making power
- Participation in client meetings and pitches
- Preparation and coordination of due diligence
- Support with marketing activities and operational tasks
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of professional experience in M&A consulting, management consulting, private equity, or corporate finance
- Above-average degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting, and/or banking
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis and accounting
- Resilient and communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as a confident and courteous demeanor
- High level of commitment, outstanding analytical skills, a high degree of initiative, and enjoyment of challenging teamwork
- Proven interest in medium-sized companies, entrepreneurship, and growth strategies
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
